I've had Cutting Edge Landscaping doing my leaves, and yard maintenance for more than 10 years. I have been satisfied with their service but this spring they came out and sprayed my yard and that was it, no mowing at all. So I tried to make contact and just ended up leaving a message. They once again came out and sprayed my yard, but still no mowing. I called them and left a couple more messages and even went to their business and put a note on the door asking for them to call me, still no contact. I am a small customer who needs their yard mowed every other week and I understand that I am not on the top of their list.But I am still a customer.If they need to move on and not service me anymore, just let me know, make contact with me. Tell me you don't want my business, but now it is in the mowing season and I'm struggling to find service. I am very dissatisfied with this company.UPDATEJeff called me today, the day after the post, saying he just recived the note I posted on the door and asked what number I left messages at. I told him all the message I left were the number in my phone and which is the same number as on their website. He said that none of my messages cam through, then apologized and said that I wouldn't be paying for the second spraying and that at the end of the season last year, he had sent out a price increase and was offering me someone else to perform my mowing service. I do not remember getting a price increase and I definitely do not remember getting an offer for someone else to perform my service. He also asked what he could do to make up for the trouble. I have been able to find someone to provide me with mowing service so Cutting Edge is no longer needed. So, life goes on.

Always do a great job with everything they do! We had them landscape our backyard around a pool, maintain the grass, and mulch. We will continue to use them because they do such a great job at an economical price!

I called them several times. My first call was about snow removal. I spoke to Jeff and he said he'd get back to me. He never called back. I left several other messages about grass cutting. I even sent a message via the website. I never have heard from them. I guess they have too much business and don't need new customers.

Cutting Edge is very responsive, even contacting me about potential weather or lawn related items before they become an issue. They are contracted for our snow removal as well and the care they give to make sure we are taken care of in lawn maintenance and snow removal is top of the line. Fair and reasonable in pricing and providing additional as needed lawn/tree work above and beyond our normal contracted care for fair prices with quick response. I would recommend them to anyone needing lawn care. We have a very large property church they maintain.
